HIKING MEDICAL is a professional manufacturer of medical product. We have been manufacturing products for some Top Medical Groups from Jordan ,Thailand,Malaysia, Bangladesh with the term of OEM since the year of 2015.
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are thte real professional Medical machines manufacturer,which has a toal staff of 80 and possesses our own
factory with an area of 2000 square meters. You create market, we do production for you !
Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A:We have a strictly quality inspection department. Our engineers will carefully check and test the machines many times before we deliver them to you. To make sure you can get the high quality machines, only the machines that have passed the strict quality inspection can be delivered to you.
Q. Where is your factory location? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Hengshui city, China. You can fly to Beijing Capital International airport, and we will arrange people to meet you there. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.
Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: We provide 5 year warranty for hospital beds & home nursing beds frame, one year for other spare parts. If there are some quality problems ,you can send us the picture or small video ,we will arrange new shipment for you.
Q:Will you teach how to use the machine?
A:Yes, we can provide a complete user manual and usage video for instruction and application. And 24/7 online consultant service ensure you whatever problem and whenever you meet, you can solve easily. It is easy to operate by anyone with the instructions.
